HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Free Shipping on all Australian orders. Bundle & save!

A flat rate of $10 for Express Shipping will be applied for orders under $99. However, if your order is over $99 and you would like to opt in for an Express Shipping option, the shipping rate will then be $10.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Please consider that this is a guide only. Victorious Fitness Supplements Hervey Bay does our best to ensure your packages are shipped in a timely manner, but we cannot be held accountable for unforeseen circumstances with courier companies.

WHEN ARE ORDERS DISPATCHED?

Orders received before 3pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) are dispatched the same business day (Mon-Fri). Orders received after 3pm are dispatched the next business day.

TIPS FOR FAST DELIVERY

Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery (If applicable). If a delivery attempt has been made to an unoccupied address, then your order may be taken to your local Australia Post office and a card will be left to let you know.  You may then need to visit the Post Office to collect your order.

For delivery, we recommend either using your work address as we can deliver directly to your work place, or your home address if someone is there to sign at will.

TRACKING NUMBERS

Victorious Fitness Supplements Hervey Bay will provide every parcel that leaves our warehouse with a tracking number including free delivery parcels.

WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE A MAJOR CITY OR REMOTE AREA?

If you live in a place that might not on the Australia Post Express Network eg. the Northern Territory use the Australian post website to check your area or get in touch with us directly. We are always happy to assist you with your postage needs. If you live in a Remote location we recommend allowing 3-4 business days for your order to arrive.

 

 RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We hope you enjoy your purchase from Victorious Fitness Supplements Hervey Bay store. If you are not fully satisfied, we do accept returns within 30 days for a refund.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. Please ensure products are packed carefully for return as we do not accept returns on opened, used or partially consumed products.

We will only accept returns on opened items if there is a visible fault or damage. You will need to provide evidence, and we suggest the best way is to send us a photo of the damaged or faulty goods when you have received them. Once evidence is received the supplier/manufacturer will check and confirm.  Please allow at least 2-5 working days for this to take place.

If you purchase the wrong item and want to exchange it for the correct item, a 10% restocking fee will apply once the item has been sent back unopened and in original condition at your expense.  A redelivery fee for the replacement product/s will need to be paid before we dispatch the correct item.
